The work environment is professional but not stressful and cut throat. I have never had to depend to my company to provide my living arrangements, and your free time off is yours to do what you need to do.
The work environment is a industry safety oriented, nuclear safety and industry culture. I sleep in my camper trailer. I can act on a couple of my personal hobbies.
Under John V's supervision, he let a group of relatives (The Family) call the shots at the plant. Work was not distributed fairly and their was discrimination. Overtime was only offered to specific ones. One of The Family was a foreman and his relatives got most of the overtime.
The environment is ok. Unless one works on-site, employees sleep at home.
Work & accommodation environments are as good as any in the region, & any issues are immediately addressed. Off time activities are limited, but generally helped by comraderie amongst employees.
You work 12 hour days, 7 days a week. Your commute to and from work will add an hour onto your work day. Not much time outside of work... not that there is much of anything extracurricular other than fitness.
Sleeping quarters vary dependent upon time in country. No tents, mainly permanent structures and shared bathrooms.
Work environment and culture is great.
Work environment is excellent, I sleep at home and doing house work during my off time.
The company was up and coming it was an average company.
