You would retain more teachers if you would require less phone calls, especially those to parents when they opt out of it and prefer to receive text/email. Also, one shouldn't have to find another employee to cover for them when they are sick for a day or two.
The salary for the front desk receptionist really should be more. That is the person who people see and hear from first. You want to draw in someone that is willing to invest themselves in the position.
