You would retain more teachers if you would require less phone calls, especially those to parents when they opt out of it and prefer to receive text/email. Also, one shouldn't have to find another employee to cover for them when they are sick for a day or two.

Loved it! I always looked forward to working with the people there. Everyone appreciated what I did and were happy to let me help them when I could. They enjoyed my need to keep busy and gave me things that would fill my time when I completed my primary responsibilities. I enjoyed learning about the company as I helped various departments.
