While I worked at Fly high back in 2016 the staffing was great, we always made the best of our day, a lot of us became friends outside of work. There was never a dull moment and we always made sure we enforced the rules, now I can't speak much for now due to the fact that times have changed.

Great job if you're a busy student and need a part time gig. The hours you get are inconsistent and terrible. Great managers but the owner is ruthless and don't care about his employees. Good luck getting any raises. one week you can work 30-35 hours the next 10-15. The people are fun and awesome to work with but it is not worth dealing with the hours and horrible pay

Working here is Very Fast paced and like any entertainment company it can get stressful. The team members here are great they are all young, hard workers, and they are part of the fun atmosphere at fly high.

Fly High Indoor Trampoline Park is a great place to get a family to have fun with each other. For children to get out the house and jump around and not get hurt. Working a Fly High can be rough, but if you don't stress out or have a panic attack about the children jumping on the trampoline with other children and not hurting others, you would enjoy working at this job.
