You might as well go find another place for employment. You should always do your best and challenge the bar and always set it for excellence. Even though you might always hit the ideal marks if you set your expectations to produce a quality product and set it at high...even if you don't reach it the probability of it still coming out well. Team work and communication are key to achieve such levels. You come to succeed and not to fail. So you hope everyone and everything comes with their "A" game.

Hold management to the same standards as regular employees. Also make sure management is held accountable for their mistakes at every level. Not pass the blame it on the employees under them. Stop the favoritism!

I would seek information from both upper management as well as my department than work in a team effort to implement fresh and new ideas that would prove to be effective. While discontinuing those which are not. And provide various incentives because happy employees makes a very happy employer in my opinion I believe this would boost the productivity within the company and be a benefit to all.
