Analyst (Former Employee) – Fairfax, VA 22033 – October 12, 2017
This was an mediocre position. I recommend for those who want to go back to school. The work is not interesting however it's very important. The job security is provided based on which administration is in the white house at the time. With 45 being in office...job security is great.
Surface Maintenance Repairer (Former Employee) – Mexico, MO – July 6, 2018
Good place to work, good pay. Good benefits. Military structured setting. Must be in the National Guard. In order to obtain a position must be in current good standing with National Guard to hold position.
Production Controller (Current Employee) – Cheyenne, WY – July 3, 2018
This shop is not a bad place to work at as far as being relaxed environment, but can be too relaxed at times. There needs to be someone in the supervisor position that understands the training and not be passive aggressive to communicate with employees what they can and can't do. The supervisor makes all the decisions and HRO department just guides and advises so they do not get into trouble with a certain decision.
it can be a fun place to work without all the unprofessional managers and some employees
Rehab Specialist (Former Employee) – Rolling Meadows, IL – April 9, 2018

Post construction cleanup (Former Employee) – Louisville, KY – March 27, 2018
Summer is the best time to work here The pay was decent but it was better on government contracted jobs Of course with any job there will be a supervisor you do no like but at FMS mostly everybody was cool to work with.
Debt Collector (Former Employee) – Tulsa, OK – March 9, 2018
From upper management everyone there felt like a number but from the supervisors on the floor they did the best they could to cobat that feeling that all the employees felt. The interior of the place felt a lot like a prison which did not help the moral of the employees that already felt like just heads of cattle
Default Resolution Specialist (Former Employee) – Buffalo Grove, IL – February 26, 2018
Great company great management . Upper management was great and very helpful. Lots of training and great learning and development position. This company gives the opportunity to grow and climb the corporate ladder.
Poor management, negative work atmosphere, and stressful
Document Support Specialist (Former Employee) – Rosemont, IL – February 6, 2018
This employer can be an excellent company to work for with better management in place. If management spent half the time micromanaging each employee as they do hiring more competent professional managers; maybe incoming employees would be just as or more competent and professional as management. Therefore, requiring less micromanagement and creating a positive, harmonious and collaborative work environment. Providing a more stress-free environment with better training geared towards employee independence and creativity can create and build trust as an organization, and within the organization, while decreasing on job stress. As a result, I believe that with better management, a decrease in employee micromanagement and a collaborative and comprehensive on job training program can build debtor retention, i.e. more money and company trust within and without the organization.
Pay & Good Benefits
Micromanage employees, management doesn’t act professional, management speaks openly about employees personal and work business
Collection Manager/Coach (Former Employee) – Buffalo Grove, IL – January 14, 2018
I did not enjoy working for this company. They do not have a good retention rate with their employees. They downsize there staff and was unable to secure the contracts needed to generate constant new business.
Depot Technician (Current Employee) – De Pere, WI – January 9, 2018
Most days I work alone and answer service calls as well as repair defective electronic equipment. Occasionally, I am required to deliver some equipment to the store support center. The occupation requires a self-starter mentality and the ability to multi-task is very beneficial.
Environmental services director (Former Employee) – Johnstown, PA – December 30, 2017
