3 weeks in the classroom learning, followed by at least 3 weeks of on the job performance training. In Training there is a lot of information given on the different products and services sold. Training sets the foundation for you to be successful. Once on the floor, you will develop daily with the support of your Coach. Use your resources when you hit the floor. Trust me, not everyone knows 100% of everything when they hit the floor. Development and success will come with time!

Overall Focus is a great place to work. I can't say I would change a ton ... They are implementing a new Manager Achieve program which will provide more development to management which is great! Overall, the wage structure could be a bit more clear. It is a great structure, but difficult to understand at first. So if you are a new agent make sure this is one item you are clear on. But overall Focus is a great place to work.
