NO! Low pay, poor benefits, lack of respect by Board and District Admin. Subs walk off the job in the middle of the day. Teachers quit after 10 days. They have hired over 800 employees in this year, that is not a good sign, they have positions that went unfilled all year despite a $10,000 hiring bonus.
