Store Manager make a big difference in quality work environment. I had a excellent store Manager who took time to cross train and provide hands on assistance to each department within the store.

I left this job due to my education. But if I had to I would go back. It felt like being a part of a close-knit family. It is a great job. The one I worked the people were always kind, helpful, and very much so friendly.

Expect you to cross train all over the store for no extra pay. They give stickers and high fives but don’t actually show it where it counts which is pay. They pay low compared to other retailers

It’s a very good first job, pay isn’t fair for working with public. Cashier job is very easy to learn and days go by pretty fast. You get breaks everyday

As I company I understand they have priorities, but my wife is medically I'll and I don't have anyone that can really help me watch my kids that are 2 years old and 8 months old. That being said I have had to leave work a few times to care for them and her, I have tried explaining the situation and to try and find ways to work with them but they let me go on the account of missed days even though some were to take my wife to the hospital
