Awful company to work for. Terrible attitude terrible product they need training on how to treat employees. Constantly screaming and swearing doesn't make for a good environment

I worked at Foodtec for a short time and knew immediately that it wasn't the right work environment for me. High stress, unhappy employees, unhappy customers, bully tactics to pressure customers into upgrading service/equipment, all stemming from the owner of the company's business philosophy.

My day started early and ended late. I handled the daily activities of management of the Tech Support staff, customer relations, baselining systems, configuring routers and setting up the Point of Sales systems and network within the clients restaurants.
