Not much to the job. Lack of training. Luckily I had a good manager. There is not much opportunity for advancement and the pay is very small.

It is a very relaxed environment compared to Footlocker and Champs. Management is flexible and understandable. The pay is not the best, but you are not over worked.

a great place to work with high energy. you get an employee discount card which is very cool. only downside is the pay, other than that highly recommend working here.

very underpaid, if your not full time you get no benefits. they want you to meet a sales goal, but there’s no commission or high pay. also, they put you through training and if you aren’t meeting sale goals you can qualify for a write up.

Not much of a sales person, but i will say this job is not worth it. You're over worked most of the time. People steal your sales and its all about commission with this company. The Company gives a small percentage of the money you make back into your paycheck. Its not worth it,
