used to be a fun workplace, great team of nurses but one by one staff leaving to better pay opportunities when asked for fair raises from management, never any feedback

Radiology has a great manager who helps you to improve yourself as a tech and further your career. It’s not a huge hospital so you’re not as busy as the bigger ones which is nice.

I loved working at foothill. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I felt very welcomed the short time I worked there. Unfortunately I had to leave my job due to my husbands work being relocated.

A lot of times it felt like I was working in a hostile environment. Did not always get the assistance I needed and mostly had to do everything on my own. Team environment was not very helpful and almost non existent

The culture is great. Everyone was very supportive and willing to help you when you ask for it. Pay could be better. Often times was short on staffing which made it stressful for everybody. Not enough experienced nurses on the floor because of the experienced nurses left for better pay/environment.
