Great families to work with. The teacher's are fun to work with.

I enjoyed working at Footsteps for my 11 years that I was there. The teachers would have pot lucks for each others birthdays. The parents would always celebrate the holidays with gift cards and food. They really appreciate the teachers and what we do. They knew that we loved the kids.

Great place to work

Depending on the director you have you can have a great experience or a bad one. The Executive director is wonderful she is a total visonary. I had great teachers in my classroom and that made my day go by so fast. Mostly I loved the children I worked with.

New manager

The classroom and my coworker was nice, but the salary was to low, also I had 2 and half hours lunch because they need me later, once the children came from after school.
