I always enjoy the customers, and the clients I had while at For Eyes were wonderful. I got to know them and their families and enjoyed helping them.
Upper management threatened to write people up too often and held many unproductive meetings. There were too many meetings that should have been one-on-one conversations with individual employees. - more ... Management lacked interpersonal communications skills and showed partiality while micro-managing to the nth degree.
The best part of this job was the feeling of accomplishment while helping the patients. That was rewarding.
