I personally don't have any. Not sure who the CEO is, but if I have to, I would say focus more on the employees and customers -- they have a lot of valuable input that was not being heard.
Some of the managers reached their position are puzzling. If projects aren't more thoroughly planned out and the employees aren't given time beforehand to know, things are going to be tense. Things are going more towards doing what auditors think or the bottom line sees as opposed to keeping people happy and in the loop.
