Professional, timely the interviewers I had were friendly and made you feel at ease. the questions asked pretty much directly related to my most recent job. Be honest upfront and refer back to previous work experiences. [ Not saying it was easy put the time in to prepare.]
What kind of math is on the test and is it a hard test?
Not stressful basic question
Lengthy. Several months of Saturday testing to get approved. Drug test, group tests, etc

Had to wait in line for over 12 hours to be tested for another 7-8 hours. Then received a letter in the mail saying that I passed the test. Then waited for close to a month for a call back to take a physical. Then went to orientation for a week before being hired on.

Not stressful; basic questions.

This is my personal experience for an engineering position:
1. Apply online
2. Online assessments (math, verbal, situations and how you would respond)
3. Phone screen interview couple of days after doing above steps
4. On site interview with technical questions and behavioral questions. To get the on site interview it took two months from the time I applied. I think this period depends on the position and your phone screen interview performance.
Situation based questions
When attending for interview, take resume and fill out application as well.
