Mangers and upper management are a joke. Employees are treated so horribly it’s sad. They try too hard to do “fun activities” to hide the fact that behind the scenes employees are walked all over. Too heavy of a workload.

If you are a new medical Assistant i recommend you not to come here! I left my job thinking i made the best choice for my career. Forefront let me go after 2 weeks on the job because I was training fast enough for them.

Poor communication between main office and staffing. Demand for perfection after one month of working in dermatology was ridiculous. Turn over was crazy because the staff is not treated nice by upper management. Bad place to be if you want to feel good about what you do for a living.
