Allow workers the decision to remain HOME in brutal temperatures and deadly -50 windchills WITHOUT having to get an occurrence against them. You obviously don't care about your employees welfare. Are YOU going to pay hospital bills or garage bills when cars are freezing up???

Value employees. Making sure staff is feeling appreciated for all of their hard work. Having team leads act like team leads and know how to do their job. Discipline when necessary. Don’t show favoritism

Value all employees, not just team leads and directors. Treat everyone FAIRLY. Understand that people can only do so much. Have clinics pick up their slack. Respect employees and don’t talk to them like children. Keep the whispering and talking behind others backs in private, doing it out on the floor in front of others not only hurts morale but is just inappropriate.
