Management does not believe in motivating its team
Client Analyst, Data (Current Employee) –  Ann Arbor, MIFebruary 7, 2018
Regardless of how well you do your job, if you're not in sales you are second class citizen. Sales treats you as such and management does nothing to change that mindset.
Pros
free snacks (cereal, fruit, chips, candy, etc.)
Cons
Terrible leadership, no advancement, low pay, lack of appreciation, sales driven organization, lack of cross team partnership

15 Year Old Company With Startup Problems
Operations Specialist (Former Employee) –  Ann Arbor, MIJuly 24, 2017
Management has very little direction and transparency. They're generally lazy (come in late, leave early).

Database has had longstanding issues and has never been addressed.

Generally non-managers are friendly and hard working.

No chance for overtime pay, managers get on you if you leave after 9 hours, even if all work has been completed.

Base salary is below industry average, even with benefits it doesn't match up.
Pros
Free Snacks, Health Insurance included, decent 401k match
Cons
Poor Management, no overtime pay whatsoever, low pay

It is a good company to work at with lots of good perks.
Mobile Developer (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CAJune 29, 2017
I like the company for the first year, but lately they forgot engineers as they only hire more Product Managers than engineers, so we don't have enough man power for the amount of Product mangers they have been hiring. So Work has been very stressful.
Pros
Ping Pong
Cons
Lack of engineers

ForeSee has a strong product and a strong management team. The culture is one of work hard, play hard. There is a great team spirit here and everyone wants to do the best thing for clients.
Pros
Good benefits, good training

Sorry to make you read this but I don't really believe in the whole 'anonymous' thing that these sites claim to have. I would hate for someone at my company to guess that I wrote this...

This company is growing, but there are growing pains. The work-life balance is not even. Several employees are overworked that their personal life is suffering. The people they hire are smart, helpful, down to earth and just plain awesome!

Usability Auditor (Current Employee) –  Ann Arbor, MIMarch 22, 2014
Employees tend to view this company as either fantastic or horrible. The company tries to promote a work hard/play hard mentality. That simply means that you'll likely be working most weekends, and there are "fun" things like a ping pong table, air hockey, darts, xBox, lots of parties, etc. However, due to the high workload, no one has time to use those perks. In the end, the "fun" stuff doesn't outweigh the fact that the pay is low and the management is poor.
Pros
Free bagels on Thursday, awesome annual party that the company pays 10's of thousands of dollars for
Cons
Poor middle management, low pay
