Employees tend to view this company as either fantastic or horrible. The company tries to promote a work hard/play hard mentality. That simply means that you'll likely be working most weekends, and there are "fun" things like a ping pong table, air hockey, darts, xBox, lots of parties, etc. However, due to the high workload, no one has time to use those perks. In the end, the "fun" stuff doesn't outweigh the fact that the pay is low and the management is poor.
Free bagels on Thursday, awesome annual party that the company pays 10's of thousands of dollars for
Poor middle management, low pay
