Start building quality not quantity. Your quality control people need to inspect these units before they go out. Most of the units that go out are need of repair due to poor craftsmanship of employees that they employ that don't know how to use tools or against their religion of what tools they can use, but my #1 issue is quality control. No excuse! for the price they charge for a unit.

I would give everyone a mandatory drug test today, including the supervisors and lead staff. Anyone that tested positive would be given the opportunity to go into a drug rehabilitation program provided by the company. They must leave the floor and and not return until they can test "clean". They will have to maintain clean drug checks to stay with Forest River.
