Walked in, asked the lady about position available and told her my previous experienced with TjMaxx and Goody's then I got hired. No applications. Just show your face and tell how much desired about a job. Meet in the person is the only best way! I got hired WITHOUT paper applications by met in the person and well communicated.
I did a group interview and I got the job. I walked in 20 minutes earlier and they told me to wait a little bit until everyone shows up. Afterwards they took us in and there was two interviewers and 6 candidates. So we all went around and introduced ourselves. Then afterwards they asked about 5 questions. It felt more like an open discussion rather than an interview. After each question it was up to us to decide if we wanted to awnser. I remember awnsering like 3 out of the 5 questions. You could either raise your hand or just speak whenever a person finished talking. I don’t remember what the last question was but here are the questions they asked us
1. What is customer service to you
2. Why did you choose forever 21
3. How would you handle an angry customer
4. If someone would describe you in 3 words what would they be?
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Forever 21 a better place to work?
Be a lot stricter with the manager hiring process. Train and develop managers to not only exceed on their positions but also have respect for their co-workers/ employees
Awful just awful. The most immature and unprofessional management you will EVER come across! The absolute WORST! All this company will do is bring unnecessary stress to your life.
Former hiring manager here, don’t worry too much about dressing up, but look nice. Jeans were fine with me, as long as they looked presentable. DON’T WEAR SWEATPANTS unless you want the shortest interview ever. If you don’t dress like you want the job, I don’t want you for it.
10 minute paid under 5 hours. Over 5 hours you get a half hour unpaid and a 10 minute paid. If you are honest with your managers about taking a long break they will understand but if you leave for an hour plus of course they will not be happy. Respect your managers more and you will like your job more.
