It's a great company to work for sometimes communication is a little off but it was a good experience. The floor manager was great to work with and learn from.

Laid back place to work. Everyone is willing to help when you need it or have questions. They have employee parties and carry in lunches for holidays and other occasions. Fun place to work

Job good management not on same page with how things done and when. Do your job don't try to be friends. It kinda cut throat between employees. Keep to yourself. But the discount on products is a plus.

Okay place to work.

It was the start up of their Tipp City, Ohio location. The knowledge seemed to be lacking from the headquarters. It was mostly trial and error and unrealistic expectations with the temporary staff.

Job ok pay low

Passing job wage isn't enough to live on maybe decent job for young single adults or retirees .Managers are nice and do a good job. Job isn't too hard just need to be able to stand for long periods.

Management will hold you back and promote less qualified and inexperienced people if you excel at you current job. Duties will add up with no extra money and be out side of your job description in order to make someone else look more competent.

Forney Industries provided me with the tools and competencies to further my career and train me to be a well-rounded manager. Excellent company culture and location in beautiful Fort Collins, CO are obvious perks to working for Forney. It's easy to work for a company that has a good product to sell.
