Easy to grow with the company if you are a dedicated worker with a positive attitude. Must be able to rool with the constant changes as all casinos are like this. Many opportunities avalible for honest hard workers.

Let’s start off with the interview, I was hired in a position that I never worked. Main goal for them was to hire someone and have them be a float. I was also very underpaid. You can not make a living off of what they start you at. There is poor communication here and poor grammar. By grammar I mean there are people in charge with a strong Spanish and Muslim accents. Because of the poor grammar there is a lot of miscommunication. If you are not good at managing your stress, stay away from here.

Managers were flexible and benefits were great. Opportunities to work in different departments were available and you could learn new jobs and become more valuable to the company. The healthcare benefits were excellent.
