Understaffed
LVN (Former Employee) - Fort Worth, TX - March 11, 2022
Be ready to work by yourself on the floor sometimes doing the job of three people, the very most you will get is one aid per 23+ patients. Every department is understaff and the patients suffer the most.

New nurses beware!
LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) (Former Employee) - Fort Worth, TX - April 6, 2021
Please stay away from this place no matter the offered pay! Especially if you are a newly licensed nurse and want to keep your hard earned license. They tend to hire nurses fresh out of school to take advantage of them, the saying "nurses eat their young" totally applies at this place. The management is very poor. There is no fair support for employees from management. You have to be apart of the "clic". Always short-handed. Management does not value the employee. They will work you to the bone, with no regard for BON regulations.

Official response from Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center
May 19, 2021I am sorry to hear that you did not have a favorable experience at our facility. Your feedback will be taken to heart. We hope to create an atmosphere that welcomes and encourages our employees to give the best resident care possible. I wish you much blessings and a bright future ahead.
Terrible management practices and staffing ratios
RN Charge Nurse (Former Employee) - Fort Worth, TX - February 7, 2021
You will do way more work than is possible. If you actually want to get your job done correctly, you're going to be staying an extra 4 hours after your shift. This is all because management refuses to hire enough staff to actually perform your job correctly. The facility is also insanely unorganized. The main thing I liked about this place were my coworkers, who were very supportive and helpful. The pay was also somewhat fair, but for the amount of work, it's simply not worth dealing with it all.
Pros
Lots of experiences, good coworkers
Cons
everything else about the company
