The Fortis work environment and culture remains professional, encouraging and overall relaxed and friendly. Management is willing to help you do your best and are open to ideas and ways to continue to improve the employee experience. They work hard to ensure that every voice is heard throughout the company through a hands on Caring Connections hotline where patients, residents, employees and family members can voice their experiences and opinions. This has been a great avenue to helping ensure our quality of care and experience at the centers we manage.
