It was a nice place to work until they went bankrupt. stayed there as long as I could.A new system bought the hospital system and my job was eliminated due to contracting was done in another state.

It looks like there was a company based in Youngstown, OH that also went by the name of Forum Health prior to them going out of business. This business page is for Forum Health, LLC, which has never had a location in Youngstown, OH. Thank you!

The management and coworkers were outstanding. The company valued staff and cared about the community. It was a place that valued people over profits.

Great Company to work for!

They listen to their employees needs/wants and act on it with positive responses. They have a great deal of empathy for their employees. Very easy to deal with the corporate team! Loved working there!

It’s just all about money

I had high hopes coming into this company, but they don’t know how to prioritize the healthcare of patients over just quick profits. It’s become a very sales-y environment and management has no experience with what this type of business is. Management is very unprofessional and backstabbing. Don’t trust anyone!! I do not recommended getting mixed up with this amateur company. 90% of the locations are struggling

Fun role

Love my role, leadership and communication is lacking. Lots of opportunity so hopeful for the future. Good perks and access to provides.Some services and beyond integrative medicine.

Forum Health has the most supportive and friendly work culture I have ever experienced. There are opportunities for growth and job experience with it being a younger company.

Top tier healthcare services

Forum Health has been a great company starting off. Hiring process was streamlined very well. Expectations of role were made clear throughout onboarding process and I am proud to have joined a very positive, productive and peaceful work environment within a very intimate work setting.

Great organization to work for!

I have been with the organization for over 90 days now and have had a great experience thus far. I work with great managers at locations that I oversee and have worked with each of them on improving team sizing, revenue growth (along with other admin personnel) and have worked on ideas and strategies to increase new patient growth. I have enjoyed my time so far and look forward to growing with Forum Health.

I love working at Forum Health

I only been working here since January, and this is absolutely the best job I've had thus far. I love My boss and my HR team very helpful and easy going. I love what I do and really love working him for a long time.

High Energy Start Up

I have been with the company for almost 2 years now. The mission is great, they do good work. I like a start up environment where it is faced-paced and in growth mode and this is what Forum Health is. The CEO and President are very good to work with. I always feel like I can provide feedback and ideas. My team is extremely supportive and there is a really great culture, even for those that are remote. I really enjoy working here.

Don't Be Fooled!

HR will sell you on joining a work-family atmosphere but it's all a facade. You're set up to fail because there's minimal training or direction, & what you do receive is unstructured. Upper Management and/or Leadership is not supportive & does not respond to repeated emails or voicemails. As an Officer Manager, you will be expected to keep your head down, eyes/ears/mouth closed, & act as a "yes person." It does not matter how many years of experience you have, nor the skills you possess -- they are not interested in innovative ideas or suggestions. Additionally, as Office Manager, you will be babysitting the extreme personalities within the office. Staff does what they want, when they want. If drama is your thing, then give it a shot -- this company does NOT lack drama! The worst part of my short time working here, is undoubtedly, that they are an unethical company -- only worried about dollars in the bank & acquiring as many new practices as possible at the end of the day. Think twice before joining their "team" -- it's most definitely not!!!

Forum Health is fantastic!

I have been with Forum Health for about 5 months now, and it has been an absolute joy! Yes, the work is challenging at times, but I know that as a manager, I will always have support from leadership when I need it. In many ways, Forum has been my favorite company that I’ve worked for thus far.

Cons

The manager role is demanding and stressful at times, but that is to be excepted in this role. I know I always have support if and when it’s needed!

Job is good, management and employees not team players

Need better training. No teamwork. Uncomfortable work environment. Scheduling for multiple providers and no room for mistakes. You will be reprimanded in front of coworkers.

Growing Company with a lot of Potential

Forum Health has grown very quickly in the past year - although it was quick, it was strategic and positive growth. Even despite COVID, the company managed to continue to grow and keep on it's employees and make sure they were staying safe and compliant. The company truly cares about it's mission and wants all of their employees to fully see the company vision as well. I am excited to see the continued growth of the company. Very happy to be a part of the growth and mission!
