Paid a daily rate and in Montgomery AL the management sucks does everything opposite of forward air policy. They can't route and you'll work 12-16 hrs a day for no extra pay. So you drive and unload for about $12/hr. Never know where your going the next day until about 7:30 pm then they'll want you at work at 2am. This Place is pitiful and the management is awful
