I would allow development to come from the storefronts. such as the design of new products


STOP- Changing what works, if it's not broken don't fix it, if your merchandise team has an idea run it 1st thru field leadership teams, we have direct contact to customers
START- Listening directly to the field, again do some reading see whats selling and what has dropped sales, if you see a great decline of certain merchandise, don't send it and inundate the stores and sell them to big chains for pennies, you will be saving more this way
CONTINUE- Improving wearable designs, the company is at risk every time a wearable is defective I understand of the need of been competitive but make sure that quality control is in place before releasing to the public.
