It all depends, I currently range from 25-32 weekly. I’m a consistent seller, and I have an open availability so I expose myself to more hours.
From personal experience, Fossil's managers are incredibly flexible with their scheduling and will personally work with you to ensure that you feel comfortable with the hours you are given.

As a GM (if there are open leadership positions on your team) the hours can be long, as you are required to accommodate for the missing leader on your team (which could mean opening to closing shifts by yourself - long days). However, this drives the importance of networking and growing your team members. Otherwise, the hours are as typical as any retailer/business... you tend to work more during holiday hours/peak times.
