I had a group interview. The manager was nice and personable. She had us introduce ourselves and name our favorite food. After that there were questions such as, "Why Fossil?", "What do you think makes a good employee?", "If you had three upset customer's, how would you address the problem?" Then there was an improve "customer and worker" roll play situation that we did with a partner. After each pair went, the manager asked what we liked about the performance. At the very end she asked what we thought made a good manager and what we wanted in fellow employees. Most fun I ever had on an interview. Very relaxed and fun.
