Yes. But seniority shouldn't always out rank others. There is systems that need to be implemented to treat all ee's fair. Example when a ranch manager asked to work 6 days they took the assistants hrs from reliving to compensate a manager who has no rent or bills besides there luxury expenses. Example car, game tickets and so forth. The assistant who thought taking the position would get more hrs a learn more hands on experience denied and told well they a manager. Once in a while is ok.
