Better pay for the ones over 10 year...after 2yrs everyone makes the same pay..and needs paid sick days..Farmerville plant..

Better acknowledge employees as more than just an employee clock in number to be more professional, actually be an equal employer not judge others by what they hear or disliking someone or their family members (FVILLE LA)

Have upper management acknowledge employees under them is a start. Walk the plant as well as ranches. Have a friendly conversation ask how they doing name ,just get to know there name and ask if they need anything.
