Require all Admin staff to work as AGL. Then just switch their schedule and tell them “take it or leave it”. We can only dream tho...right??

Make the changes with the administration. If all the staff are leaving, complaining, and scared it is a reason. Investigate and do better. Save your company time and money and energy by removing the weeds so that the garden will flourish. Versus turning into a weed and poison ivy.
