Radiology Extender (Former Employee) – Pittsburgh, PA – April 5, 2018
It was a very stressful job. The supervisor of the department had no knowledge of what a Radiology report consisted of and could not do the job I was asked to do. There have been numerous postings for this job since I left and one person was let go in the first two weeks I was there.
Radiology Support Specialist (Former Employee) – Pittsburgh, PA – April 25, 2017
The management had no idea what they were doing. None of them had any kind of medical background. You could never talk to them and the hours were insane. No help from management. Stay far away from this company. The turnover rate was through the rough. Never have I seen so many people come and go within a company.
This office is a fun and enjoyable work environment. Its a busy office with ortho, neruo, podiatry and rhematology. The people that work there are great and have positives attitudes and the plus is you get to see some cool stuff.
Radiology Support Specialist (Current Employee) – Pittsburgh, PA – June 17, 2015
Lay back desk job. I learned how to read radiographs studies and understand the layout in radiology. Typical day at work consists of drafting studies and answering phone calls. Coworkers are helpful and friendly especially to newcomers. Hardest part of the job is learning a new system or protocol and most enjoyable part of the job is getting the satisfaction of patient services.
