* Handling the day to day operation. * I have learned many things during my work at the FS, how to handle the difficult people, who to be patient and to focus more to achieve my goals. *The culture is the best in the world, ( Treat others the way you would like to be treated. * There is no hardest part, it is all about loving your job and it will not be hard at all. * Team spirit.

It’s a good property to work for. Management and coworkers were always pleasant to one another. Benefits are good. This is a union property so you have to pay union dues. Also, since it’s union no one can help other people with their jobs. It makes sense but can be frustrating when you’re drowning. All in all, definitely recommend.

They expect you to be on and available at all times and work any shift with little to no notice. No growth opportunities for any line level staff only managers. Company culture has gone downhill drastically.

Fun place to work with room to grow and lots of employee perks. Uniforms and employee dining are provided. Most people who work there are kind and friendly.
