As the Hotel runs 24/7, the hours are mostly flexible from week to week scheduling as are the days off....Requests can be made but there is no guarantees.

I applied for a pastry chef position in the beginning of March, they called me two weeks later for an interview. That day I was interviewed by the head chef and HR. I waited another two weeks before I was called again, there I had a meeting with the Director of HR who told me to come back on Monday with a copy of my ID and pay slips, which I did. They took my fingerprints and my documents. Then I got a call end of April, they said I have another interview with the Pastry Chef, I had my interview and I've still heard nothing from them.
