Horrible place to work for they have u sit next to someone to train and watch for a few days. Nothing to do but watch and take notes afterwards they bring u in the office and tell u it's not working with not explanation at all. And that's it terrible place to work waste of time

There are three interviews to mostly screen for culture (more than skill set). The first is with the hiring manager, the second they ask you to bring a guest (significant other, roommate, family member, etc.) and you meet the COO, and the third you actually meet everyone in the office in a single day and get to ask the questions (kind of like speed dating). If one employee decides you won't fit in with our culture, or that they don't want to work with you, you won't be hired. That's how important culture is to Fox.

Fox Pest Control has a busy season (summer) that gets, well, busy. Higher demand for our services results in more work to be done, which can get stressful. However, the company does an excellent job of anticipating and preparing for the busy season, along with staying motivated and organized throughout it.
