It's a very trendy place and has great vibe but as a worker if your not one of the so called favorites then go elsewhere . Management will just treat you like a botyom feeder . I know I've worked at 5 locations for this company . They hire young because they can sucker them to work long crazy hours and do ridiculous amount of side work . Managers are generally dumb as a goat .
