I would have more people involved. the energy level here brings people down and less likely to produce as well as they could. Especially being in a sales position, the higher energy, the more excited people will be to sell their stations.

If you are in the union it can take a while. For the phtojournalist positions you are hired freelance and of they like you them you will be hired full time. Lately we have been hiring people at 30.00 and hour with no real TV shooting experience so things have changed.
