You are eligible for a raise one a year( evaluation) but only up to 3% for most and you wont get that 3%. The avg is around 2 % so were talking cents not dollars. Ive been here 3 years and my best outcome was .22 cents. Management will low ball your eval score. The only way you see a little money is if you can get promoted. Large hospital, small wages.

9 hours per day. By Thursday at 5pm I try to have in 36 hours. By Friday if our office closes early, usually around 2, I then have at least my 40 hours in. I’m salary so it doesn’t make a difference on my pay, but it does make a difference in the amount of work I give my employer who pays me for 40 hours regardless of how many I work.
