Machine Operator/Forklift Operator in Kansas City

Great people. Upper management sucks bad. Every day I did my tasks and someone would change them in the office to help the lazy management.. so it either looked as if I were going way too fast or not doing the proper jobs and wasting time when I was going off if the order of operations given to me... I was "always doing wrong" but never behind? Yeah. Makes no sense.

Awesome people, great ppl to talk to and made a few lifelong friends.. but the job itself, favoritism, laziness and no real goal but to start over the same way the next day with all the same mismanagement and machinery breaking.

Worked here for quite a while. Spent a good portion of it with some very down to earth people who were as eager and ready for hard work as me. The management was a different story, safety manager there lacks communication and is the rudest most uneducated person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Lacks the common knowledge needed for his position and lacks the basic understanding of the very machines he is supposed to be managing over. This place is a joke low pay and dont get hurt here as they will fire even if it happened because of them. One guy who worked here all of 25 to 30 years because he was having surgery on torn rotator cuff was fired because medical told him to stay home for few weeks. After 2t years they would not help him pay for it even though.it happended during work time

Over 29 "employees" cycled through in only one year with new management and still very understaffed. Sometimes they'd fire 2 ppl a day. Bad bad bad!!!
