Horrible Pay
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Pay. They expect you to do the work of three or four people with little pay. Forget asking about a raise. The management will accept any resident into the building regardless of their behaviors with no thought to why they should’ve denied the resident.

great place to work
While all jobs have their ups and downs and no one is perfect, overall is a good place to work. This place has staff who have been here for a long time. You can form friendships with the other employees as much as you would like. The managers do attempt to get to know you. managers will pitch in and help.

Not a good place to work
A typical day in my day working at the facility is always an early start. You are supposed to be in the facility no later than 6 AM. Food is supposed to be prepared for the breakfast service by the night shift, but that isn't always the case, leaving kitchen staff to hurry and make something quickly.
