Office Assistant/Install in Groveport, OH

What is the best part of working at the company?Getting off on timeWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Lack of communication, no flexibility, family orientated, bad training, other co-workers take multiple breaks, which causes work to get behind and calls to be placed on hold, until the cigarette breaks are over. And you can only take 1 lunch at 11:30. You don't have a say so when you take your lunch, and if you want a different lunch outside of 11:30 am, you have to request it on paper, and other co-workers don't. The way they approach you, if you make a mistake, is horrible. Chasing down technicians, as if you work in HR, to figure out if they will be at work, the following day, while your are busy with 100 other things that are more important. There is no such thing as team, because you will be left alone at times, answering phones, doing the service coordinators job, and your own, while co-workers are on their 5th break, and you are left alone to handle the work multiple times thru-out the day. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Tone is set before you walk in. The service coordinator has a attitude 3 days out of the week and it makes the environment negative. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Not much work to do for the full 8 hours. After about 10 am you will be sitting around waiting on work until the service coordinator takes her breaks, then you will do her work in between.

Not a good company they don’t train employees. Also you need to be part of the family for you to be successful. I wouldn’t recommend working there unless you are part of the family or you are perfect and don’t make mistakes. They’ll fire you just be looking at them.

Working in the heating and cooling industry can be stressful, but the guys here make it fun. I am impressed with how many times someone has gone out of their way to provide outstanding service. I think that the technicians and installers have great ideas and have made the company better by sharing them. I still work here and always want to find out what is needed to make the job more enjoyable.
