Great work environment
Not enough pay for job duties. Everyone was nice. They were always short staffed and couldn’t find enough people so you were doing other peoples jobs. Overall a good place to work.

Poorly managed branch with an amazing staff
Every morning, I came in to check the messages and e-mails to ensure there were no pest emergencies over the night. Each call would be handled in order and given to the technician designated to that area and completed to the customers satisfaction and billed or collected to a zero balance, by myself, and sometimes a second office member.
