Extremely unprofessional and the training tactics are non-existent
CSA - Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) –  Plantation, FLJanuary 26, 2018
The two male supervisors are overall narcissistic and not professional. Several employees complained about them and the lack of training and overall environemt. If you’d like to sit and basically stare at a computer screen all day, contemplating walking out, this is the job for you!
Pros
Getting paid to sit around and do nothing. Great!
Cons
Employees, supervisors, lack of an HR department, very very uncomfortable environment

Great Culture and Challenging
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  South Florida, FLMay 10, 2017
The Corporate Culture is built upon great principles. Management's actions to implement them leave you wanting. A great opportunity to learn Commercial Real Estate for all the good and bad that comes with it. Great CEO who genuinely cares for his employees and agents.
Pros
Many benefits
Cons
Get ready to fight for your commissions. A lot of agent's mouths need to be fed.

A typical day at work involved working with individuals, children and their families to ensure appropriate services. I learned to be flexible, work hard and ensure appropriate services for individual needs.

Excellent work environment
PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLOctober 3, 2016
Franklin Street definitely has an excellent work environment. All employees are encouraged to further themselves in their careers as well as giving back to the community.

The work atmosphere was very relaxed, while remaining professional. Monthly sales meetings are very helpful to the newer employees who have never worked in the real estate industry before.

The most enjoyable part of my job was working with the property owners. I developed many lasting relationships with each of my owners and will hopefully work with them again in the future.

The hardest part of the job was probably the scheduling of the monthly sales meetings. They were usually scheduled for Mondays, which happened to be the busiest day of the week for the accountants.
Pros
Great benefits, excellent work environment
Cons
It was hard for some people to move up in the company.

COMPTROLLER, CENTURY 21 (Former Employee) –  Lenox, MaAugust 19, 2015
I loved working with real estate professionals, helping them with making their sale profitable. The hardest part of the job was getting information from other professionals in the business.
