everyone just needs to get along
If everyone could get along most problem could in the work place woeld be resolved. It wa the worst place i had ever worked at. employees were teribble. they did not have enough hours.

Productive and laid back place to work.
Fratco is a family owned business with family laying at the heart to this day. The environment is very friendly and employees are made to feel as though they are not just another employee number on the list.

Respectful and family oriented place of work.

Great Company
I have been here 4 years. FRATCO is a fast-growing family-owned company who has been in business for over 100years. They are very family oriented, flexible and hands on. There is always room for advancement within the company. You really couldn't ask for a better work environment. The benefits and pay are excellent.

Not a good place to work
Too much micromanaging. Small shift crews creates plenty of drama even if you try to avoid it. The pay is too small for the trouble. It is best to avoid.
