The most useful review selected by IndeedStarted out amazing. I worked my butt off proving my expierence and potential only to have it brushed under the rug. Management says 1 thing does another then acts ignorant as if the conversations never happed. You can't but someone who is capable of driving sales, improving morale and loyal in a box like a robot. The truth is I would have stayed forever til the day I was given a "direct order" to talk after I repeatedly said I didn't want to talk. After that incident I knew it was over things will never be the same
