Take a little time to understand that the two top trainers are of no help given they do not teach the store process. Management has no time to teach, and many salepersons are down right hostile and unwilling to benefit or rightly represent the business you have built. Expecting new hires or the old timers to mentor is a fine IDEA, but has gone the way of the coach whip. Seek out the individuals who could be designated as location specific trainers, compensate them fairly, and retention will increase, I'm sure of it. Thank you, for creating a good opportunity, and know it can continue as a great work place, with just a few tweaks. Current employee.
Treat your employees better. Invest in them. Employees should be first since they are they ones who generate customers.
