It was different every time . The first interviewed was my coworker hired at the same time they asked her why she thought she would be a good fit. There is no right answer but I would suggest you don't lie or make up senarios because they want as real answers as possible. for me the questions were very different they were quite interested to know if I had any experience working retail I said no they then asked if faced with certain choices what would my decisions be again no right or wrong answers just answer as truthfully as possible
My interview was the best I have ever experienced honestly. I was asked to give examples of how I have dealt with difficult customers in the past, the outcome of the situation and would I change how I dealt with it, Asked to give an example of a time I had an issue with a coworker and was it resolved or how it was resolved, they asked that if I was scheduled only a half day would I be available to work the entire day if I was called in early or asked to stay later, what is my strongest attribute as an employee, what is my weakest attribute as an employee, they gave me a mathematical calculation to figure out for an antibiotic, what attributes makes a good leader, why would they hire me over another candidate, and why did I leave my last job.
