Work & Life Balance

Fun but only good as a starting job
It was ok. Managers are nice and helpful but unfortunately there’s some favoritism involved. New employees were not trained properly and it’s difficult to try working hard when you’re the only one really trying. Everyone’s nice, however, and it’s good to get some experience. Schedules are flexible and managers back you up when needed.

Working there was fun but when higher up management tried to 'help' our store, it fell apart and they didn't even care. I enjoyed working with the GM but I couldn't stay in a place where she wasn't being abled to run her own store.

I worked at Freddy's for about 3 years as my very first job. It was an amazing experience at first until a change in management as they didn't fill out my workers comp right when I got injured which lead to a big xray bill along with lots of unfair nepotism with the managers and their boyfriends//girlfriends/family.

Mostly depends on who you're working with. Sometimes you'll have new hires who aren't worth the hassle and they simply make the job harder and there's not enough good workers to utilize.

Very understanding when ill and your schedule needs, the overall Covid response was not good, several refused to be tested or even threatened to give you Covid.
